MLL players make a contribution like no other athletes towards the growth of the game, mostly by coaching and organizing their own camps and clinics. Now that the fall season is underway, MLL Press Box found several players were active coaching this weekend through their social media feeds. The Beast is always busy running the Faceoff Academy, and this weekend was no different. After announcing his retirement this season, Gurenlian is passing the baton to the next generation of faceoff men.

The Cannons' Kevin Buchanan stays involved in Boston-area lacrosse by helping with a local high school, Hingham High, which won the DII state championship last season.
