Professional athletes spend so much of their time focused on their sport and oftentimes don't get any time for their own personal interests. Between their training schedule and the games played during season, lacrosse consumes their lives. This past weekend, the players shared some of the cool things they were doing outside of the lacrosse world via social media.
New York Lizards goalie Drew Adams is more than just a lacrosse player, turns out he is a triathlete too. Adams posted this photo on Sunday and got tons of support in the comments. That takes some serious strength and determination. Adams set the standards pretty high for athleticism.

Massachusetts resident Kevin Buchanan spent his Sunday fishing in Provincetown, Ma., and shared some great photos of the fish and the stunning harbor views. The Boston Cannons midfielder had to double-fist his catches - lood like a very successful day at sea.

Ohio Machine goalie Scott Rodgers is not only a gym rat and highly-talented goalie, he is also a 'Belieber.' Rodgers posted this video on Instagram to show off his dance moves and to also celebrate the new marriage of former MLL player, Ben Hunt and Jenna Pellegrino. Justin Beiber's song Despacito is a great reason to get up and dance - we loved it and wish nothing but happiness for the newly weds!
Chris Bocklet is having a good first season with the Blaze and he revealed his secret to success on Instagram. We can all relate to his favorite part of working out...being done!
Here's the TRUTH. My favorite part about a workout is when it's finished. 3 Gets, Get in, Get after it, Get out. It should be that simple. It doesn't need to be a massive process. Go to the gym with a plan, don't wonder what you should do next, don't take 10 minute water breaks, don't decide for yourself if you should do another rep because your never going to make yourself do it. I did this for years because I didn't know anything else. Now I follow my 3 G's with a plan and in result I walk in and out in 35 minutes. If you feel like you are wasting time or need a plan reach out! I know how you feel!!
